Job summary

FMC Ice Sports in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee the safe maintenance, repair and efficiency of all facility equipment and areas. You will supervise maintenance technicians, perform PMs, manage parts inventory, and coordinate work across 26 arenas, with a company vehicle provided.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years in facilities maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to on-call and travel. A CORI/SORI background check is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Must consent to a CORI/SORI and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance activities and prioritizes team tasks.
• Supervises maintenance technicians and ensures production needs are met.
• Monitors spare parts inventories and reorders as needed.
• Performs and verifies PM tasks on equipment.
• Maintains safety and operating procedures compliance.
• Coordinates projects and completes work orders across FMC facilities.
