Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC trades.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains.
• Conduct routine painting and carpentry work.
