Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2 years of hands-on maintenance or general handyman experience.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to assist on-site vendor management and escorting.
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural issues.
• Support facilities operations across nine locations.
• Coordinate and escort vendors and contractors.
• Track and update work orders through CMMS.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, filters, lighting, and parts.
• Review vendor work and invoices.
• Assist with facilities projects and site improvements.
• Support physical security responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform general handyman and maintenance duties.
