Job summary

US Fitness seeks a Facilities Technician to keep clubs safe, clean, and member-ready. You’ll manage work orders in ServiceChannel, perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general repairs, and coordinate between clubs to minimize downtime.

You’ll travel between sites in your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement, support after-hours emergencies, and participate in required meetings. A background in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems plus CAFM familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of facilities experience (preferred).
• Basic carpentry, painting, drywall and general repair skills.
• Foundational understanding of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceChannel or CAFM/FMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel.
• Prioritize urgent repairs and communicate delays.
• Perform routine club inspections to spot hazards and maintenance needs.
• Handle hands-on fixes: carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Complete assigned plumbing, electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Keep managers updated on repair status and timelines.
• Travel between clubs in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Support after-hours/emergency on-call needs as scheduled.
