Job summary

Circle K Atlanta is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the company’s facility operations, oversee office moves, and perform janitorial tasks as needed. The role includes basic repairs, upkeep, and landscape work, with responsibilities spanning multiple locations and a safety-sensitive environment.

The position may require up to 55 hours per week and involves maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

Experience not required; working knowledge of hand and electrical tools.
On-the-job training provided.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
Ability to push/lift 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders.
Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, and crouching as the job may require
Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, and paints.

Responsibilities

Maintain parking lot striping, bollard, curb, and fuel island painting.
Ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Maintain and work on plumbing as well as electrical items such as outlets and light switches.
Keep the building ready for use by handling basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
Repair & maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities.
Other duties as assigned.
