Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility.
• Manage service contracts and vendor performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Liaise with landlords and manage lease compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
