Job summary

Two Rivers YMCA in Illinois is seeking an experienced part-time Maintenance Worker for day shift (20-25 hours per week). Pay starts at $15.00 per hour and may be higher with experience.

The role requires use of hand and power tools, various mowers, snow blowers, and other equipment across multiple YMCA locations. You will troubleshoot issues using the work order system, maintain buildings and grounds, monitor water quality, and assist with repairs, painting, and routine upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Five years maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining Buildings & Grounds across YMCA branches.
• Mow, weed eat, snow removal, salting, repairs to buildings/equipment, painting.
• Monitor water quality of aquatic fixtures.
• Maintain energy management program and maintenance schedule.
• Maintain accurate records and attend staff meetings.
