Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of facilities or maintenance management experience (from HTML).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of facility equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Manage maintenance activities across multiple company locations.
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and service providers.
• Maintain the maintenance budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventory, and CMMS data.
