Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience managing maintenance priorities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Facility Technicians across multiple sites.
• Manage work order priorities and allocate resources based on operational needs.
• Drive SLA compliance by monitoring response and resolution times.
