Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a seasoned facilities leader for its Mayfield Heights, Twinsburg, and NA North American offices. You will oversee multi-site operations, drive safety, reliability, and cost efficiency, and guide infrastructure modernization with strong vendor partnerships.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in facilities, with a US work authorization. A PE license is preferred; remote work is not offered, and on-site presence is expected across sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities management across complex mixed-use environments.
• Proven experience with capital projects, operating budgets, and vendor management.
• Ohio PE license (preferred), and ability to work in multi-site NA portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facilities operations with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Manage renovations, manufacturing upgrades, lab/warehouse improvements, and site development projects.
• Optimize CMMS usage, preventive maintenance, reliability initiatives, and KPIs.
• Advance infrastructure modernization and capital equipment replacement from planning through execution.
• Strengthen vendor partnerships and measure performance against SLAs/KPIs.

Own the playbook for multi-location facilities excellenceJoin Rockwell Automation to lead operations for the Mayfield Heights office campus, the Twinsburg manufacturing facility, and remote sales offices across North America. You’ll report to the Americas Facilities Manager and deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance while advancing infrastructure, sustainability, asset management, and growth initiatives.
