Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Technical Leader to guide architecture, data modeling, and platform projects. You will lead a hands-on team, drive CI/CD practices, and align development with business goals while removing roadblocks and mentoring engineers.

You will report to the Director of Digital Data & Infrastructure in a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH, collaborating across sites on enterprise-scale data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Typically requires 5 years of management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no visa sponsorship.
• Occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architectural decisions for product features and data platforms.
• Coach and guide the technical team; remove impediments and drive best practices.
