Qualifications

• Experience managing complex facilities or construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, structural, civil).
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex capital projects, typically $1M–$50M.
• Drive feasibility, programming, design, and construction activities.
• Apply expert judgment to resolve technical and schedule challenges.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and internal standards.
