Job summary

Manpower, Inc. seeks an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead two Cincinnati facilities, driving a shift to predictive, world-class maintenance. You will mentor a small engineering team, work with Plant Managers, and eliminate downtime while improving asset reliability.

The role emphasizes TPM, lean practices, CMMS optimization (M-Pulse or similar), and a rolling $5M–$10M CapEx portfolio to sustain high-performance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent real-world experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in engineering, maintenance, and reliability leadership.
• Direct experience with 24/7 continuous processing environments (liquid blending, chemical, batch, CPG).
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and World-Class Manufacturing.
• Strong CMMS usage and asset lifecycle management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead two interconnected facilities and a small engineering team.
• Drive downtime reduction and asset reliability improvements.
• Implement data-driven PMs and TPM pillars; mentor frontline staff.
• Oversee CapEx portfolio ($5M–$10M) from scoping to commissioning.
