Job summary

Anne Arundel Dermatology seeks an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across Hampton Roads and southeastern Virginia, including Norfolk and Newport News. You will lead clinical and administrative teams, raise patient satisfaction, and ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA compliance at all sites.

You will partner with physicians to drive operational excellence, manage budgets, travel between locations, and support practice growth while maintaining high service standards and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare management or medical practice management experience.
• Experience managing physician practices, outpatient clinics, or multi-site healthcare operations preferred.
• Dermatology experience is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of one primary office and multiple satellite locations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for front office, clinical, and administrative staff.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to improve operational performance, patient satisfaction, and overall practice growth.
• Monitor provider schedules to maximize patient access, provider productivity, operational efficiency, and clinic productivity.
