Job summary

Levco Construction is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead crews and subcontractors on the jobsite. This role performs advanced construction tasks and supervises job-site personnel, reporting to the Director of Construction.

Qualified candidates have strong finish carpentry, framing, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, with the ability to train crews, meet deadlines, stay organized, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of finish carpentry, framing, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.
• Ability to lead and train crew members at multiple jobsites.
• Ability to meet project deadlines under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, good communication, neat appearance; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and work on multiple construction/renovation projects at once.
• Ensure company safety and work quality standards are adhered to.
• Verify material orders and deliveries on site and communicate with vendors/project managers.
• Regular daily travel with potential for overnight travel.
• Maintain and track inventory of owned tools.
• Oversee maintenance and inspections for company-owned crew vehicles.
• Communicate with project managers regarding scheduling and progress.
• Communicate work scopes to crew members on each job.
• Manage subcontractors for quality and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
