Thrive Communities in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee budget adherence and ensure timely rent collection at our communities. This role requires coordinating with onsite teams to maintain financial discipline and compliance with company standards.

You will manage budgeting activities, monitor cash flow, and support operations to deliver exceptional living experiences for residents while contributing to growth and community vitality.

• Assists in the formulation of budgets and responsible for staying within the established budget guidelines.
• Ensures all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner.
• Performs evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as required.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm. After hours and weekend support may be required, as needed.
