Job summary

ArtHaus Properties is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple ArtHaus Management communities. You will lead onsite teams, drive occupancy, revenue growth, and performance while collaborating with regional and ownership leadership.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, leasing, compliance, and reporting using Yardi/EliseAI, with frequent travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years property management experience, including multi-site oversight.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop onsite teams to deliver high-quality performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple communities while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage rent collection, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Oversee leasing activities to maintain occupancy at 95% or higher.
• Foster resident experience and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements.
• Submit weekly performance summaries and communicate risks to leadership.
