Job summary

WMFHA is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio of commercial/office properties. This hands-on role covers daily property operations, building maintenance, tenant relations, inspections, vendor coordination, and supervision of maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven commercial property management experience across multiple sites, lead maintenance teams, handle facility systems and maintenance schedules, and coordinate renovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property management across sites/buildings.
• Experience leading property management and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance management and building systems.
• Experience coordinating renovations and tenant improvements.
• Willingness to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Oversee building maintenance, facility systems, security, lighting and life-safety equipment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain reports.
• Manage vendors, bids, and oversee projects.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, renovations and tenant improvements.
• Travel between properties within the portfolio.
