Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a facilities technician to keep clubs safe and functional. You’ll manage work orders, perform carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical and plumbing tasks, and inspect sites for hazards. Travel between clubs with mileage reimbursement and on-call support may be required.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of facilities experience, familiarity with ServiceChannel, and a safety-minded, customer-friendly approach to multi-site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance across carpentry, painting and drywall.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Experience with safety procedures and building codes.
• Familiarity with CAFM/FMS platforms like ServiceChannel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel, meeting KPI timelines.
• Prioritize urgent repairs and proactively communicate changes or delays.
• Perform routine club inspections to spot hazards and maintenance needs.
• Handle hand-on fixes: carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
• Complete assigned plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
• Keep managers and the Facilities team updated on repair status and timelines.
• Travel between assigned clubs in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Support after-hours/emergency on-call needs as scheduled.
• Attend required meetings and follow all club, service, and emergency procedures.
