Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Lead Facilities Technician to own repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple club locations. You will manage repair workflows, tackle Major Tickets, and support the Regional Facilities Manager as needed.

We value 5+ years of facilities experience, proficiency with ServiceChannel, and the ability to travel between sites with a valid driver’s license. Expect hands-on carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities experience.
• Experience with complex facilities projects.
• Proficiency with ServiceChannel or CAFM/FMS.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel.
• Strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair and maintenance workflow; hit KPIs.
• Lead Major Tickets and high-priority projects.
• Cover for Regional Facilities Manager when needed.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to spot hazards.
• Travel between clubs; mileage reimbursed.
