Job summary

Tennova Medical Group is seeking a Manager I, Clinics to oversee daily clinic operations across Lafollette, Clinton and Caryville. You will lead clinical and administrative staff, manage budgets, and drive quality and regulatory compliance to improve patient care outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership and collaboration across teams, with a focus on efficiency, staff development, and adherence to policies. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Four+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's is acceptable.
• Master’s Degree is preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years of prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive workflows.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and vendor contracts.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and quality improvement data usage.
• Monitors budgets and implements cost-effective service delivery.
