Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across multiple Mesa-area locations. This role is a commercial/industrial maintenance position focused on preventative maintenance and efficient, safe operations.

You will travel by company vehicle to various sites, perform advanced diagnostics, and carry out repairs while upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Broad experience in diagnostics in complex mechanical repair or electrical and/or hydraulic systems is required.
• 3 years of maintenance mechanical experience in commercial/retail/industrial settings is required.
• Experience with pneumatic, plumbing and installation is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing is required.
• Pre-employment background, drug screen, and motor vehicle check will be conducted.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, repairs and diagnostics on electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment and systems in our car wash operations across designated locations.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective components.
• Travel to multiple locations using a company vehicle and manage time efficiently.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Assist in setting up production/machinery and conduct repairs as necessary.
• Comply with OSHA and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Track and reconcile all work orders and parts used via a work order system.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
