Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair car wash equipment across multiple locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and weld as needed while adhering to safety policies.

This role requires mobility to travel between sites and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of production equipment maintenance, experience with welding, electrical work, and familiarity with PLC

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in maintenance of production equipment.
Electrical work experience preferred.
Welding experience preferred.
Manual dexterity for precision work.
Ability to traverse facilities and machinery.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance for car wash facilities.
Repair equipment and systems to ensure safe operations and efficiency.
Travel daily to multiple locations for maintenance and emergencies.
Work on electrical panels and lighting circuits; diagnose and repair washing equipment.
Perform lockout/tagout procedures.
Diagnose and service PLC systems, sensors, and control wiring.
Repair pumps, conveyors, gears, and hoses.
Welding as needed and safe use of hand tools.
