Job summary

Quick-Quack-Car-Wash is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair car wash equipment across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot and fix damaged systems, perform preventive maintenance, and coach store leaders on safe upkeep.

You will work outdoors in a loud environment, handling electrical panels and hydraulic components with a strong emphasis on safety. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, and comfort with driving between locations is essential.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in maintenance of production equipment or similar maintenance experience required.
Experience with electrical work preferred.
Experience with welding preferred.
Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work.
Must be able to traverse facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.

Responsibilities

Performs routine and preventive maintenance for car wash facilities.
Repairs equipment and systems to ensure safe working conditions and efficiency.
Drives to multiple locations daily to perform maintenance.
Diagnoses, repairs, and installs hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
Performs welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Electrical troubleshooting by testing fuses, relays, etc.
