Bright Horizons is hiring a Multi-Site Camp Director to lead planning and execution of summer day camps across multiple California locations. You will recruit and coach seasonal teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional camper and family experiences.

The annual salary for this position is between $75,500 – $82,750 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
