CCI, a nationwide real estate platform, seeks a Multi-Site Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, collections, and administrative functions across a portfolio of multifamily communities.

You will drive occupancy, revenue, and operational goals with a customer-service mindset, coordinating with site teams and leadership across locations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of property management or related experience.
  • Experience in leasing, collections, or administrative operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

  • Lease and lead management across multiple properties to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Assist with rent collection efforts, delinquency follow-up, and notices per policy.
  • Maintain accurate resident and property data in Yardi Voyager and manage move-ins/outs, renewals, transfers.
  • Provide professional and responsive communication to residents and prospects; resolve inquiries and service requests.
  • Support site teams and leadership with reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.

We are proud of the people-first culture we have built and are committed to being an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.About the Role:The Multi-Site Assistant Property Manager supports the day-to-day operations, leasing execution, and administrative functions across a portfolio of multifamily communities.This role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution of leasing, collections, resident communication, and system accuracy, while supporting site teams and leadership in achieving occupancy, revenue, and operational goals.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.Key Responsibilities:Leasing & Lead Management ExecutionSupport leasing efforts across multiple properties to drive occupancy and revenueRespond to leads, schedule tours, and follow up with prospects in a timely mannerEnsure consistent execution of lead management and follow-up protocolsAssist with application processing, approvals, and move-in coordinationMaintain accurate and up-to-date availability and pricing in all systemsResident Accounts & CollectionsAssist with rent collection efforts and delinquency follow-upMaintain accurate and detailed notes in Yardi regarding all collection activitySupport preparation and delivery of notices in accordance with company policy and local regulationsCommunicate with residents regarding balances, payment plans, and account statusAdministrative & System ManagementMaintain accurate resident and property data within Yardi VoyagerProcess move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and transfersEnsure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filedAssist with reporting, audits, and compliance documentationSupport budget tracking and invoice processing as neededCustomer Service & Resident ExperienceProvide professional and responsive communication to residents and prospectsAddress resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptlyEscalate complex issues to the Senior Multi-Site Property Manager as neededSupport resident retention efforts and renewal outreachOperational SupportAssist with coordination of unit turns and readinessSupport work order follow-up and communication between residents and maintenance teamsHelp ensure properties are clean, presentable, and aligned with company standardsParticipate in site visits and operational audits as neededMarketing & Outreach SupportAssist with updating listings on ILS platforms and marketing channelsSupport local outreach efforts, events, and grassroots marketing initiativesMonitor listing accuracy, photos, and pricing consistencyTeam Support & CommunicationAct as a support resource for on-site teams across multiple locationsCommunicate effectively with leasing, maintenance, and leadership teamsAssist in implementing operational directives and initiativesMaintain flexibility to support multiple sites based on business needsSkills & Experience2+ years of property management or related experienceExperience in leasing, collections, or administrative operations preferredProficiency in Yardi Voyager (preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize across multiple propertiesReliable transportation and willingness to travel between sitesSuccess MetricsTimely and consistent follow-up on all leads and resident inquiriesAccurate and compliant Yardi documentation and account managementImproved delinquency performance and collections supportEfficient processing of applications, renewals, and move-insPositive resident interactions and service outcomesStrong support of site teams and operational consistencyWhy Join Us:CCI's approach is simple: we invest in our people.
