As a Multi-Unit Assistant Lead Supervisor, you’ll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. You’ll assist in day-to-day operations at two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.
Support your team and bakery operations at two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you'll:
- Guide team members to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure quality standards in cake production
- Support daily operations and special orders
- Help maintain a positive work environment
- Assist with administrative duties and reporting
- Partner with management on business goals
- Leadership and coaching techniques
- Business operations management
- Financial and P&L basics
- Inventory and cost control
- Administrative procedures

- Current retail or food service team leads ready to grow

- 2-4 years of leadership experience in retail or food service (multi-site experience preferred)
- High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic business math and computer proficiency
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
- Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Able and willing to work at both the Sterling Heights and Grosse Pointe locations.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
- Competitive Compensation: $18-19/hour based on experience and proven management capabilities

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
