Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on facilities, units, and equipment across Redwood Neighborhoods in Altoona and surrounding areas.

The role includes completing basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall tasks, handling work orders, and delivering excellent resident service. You will respond to on-call emergencies, assist with groundskeeping, and ensure safety standards are followed while communicating professionally with

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds as assigned through work orders
• Prepare vacated apartment homes for release quickly and professionally
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks
• Service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage issues when necessary
• Emergency maintenance as part of an on-call emergency schedule
• Follow safety standards at all times
• Snow removal
• All other related duties as assigned
