Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on facilities, buildings, and equipment on site, including basic groundskeeping. You will handle unit turns, troubleshoot appliances, and act as a Redwood ambassador to residents and colleagues.

This on-site role requires use of power tools, on-call availability, and the ability to travel between Redwood Neighborhoods as needed to respond to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds as assigned through work orders.
• Prepare vacated apartment homes for release quickly and professionally.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks.
• Emergency maintenance as part of on-call schedule.
• Follow safety standards at all times.
