Job summary

GCC Aggregates seeks an experienced Aggregates Production Manager to oversee safe, efficient production across multiple quarry sites delivering 1+ million tons annually. The role requires hands-on leadership, MSHA compliance expertise, and the ability to standardize best practices across locations.

Responsibilities include daily to monthly production planning, coordinating drilling, crushing, screening, and load-out, plus driving equipment reliability, cost control, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in aggregates/mining required
• 3+ years in supervisory or management at an MSHA operation
• Strong MSHA knowledge and mine safety system experience
• Experience managing high-volume crushing and screening operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-site teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mining/Civil/Construction

Responsibilities

• Ensure zero-incident safety culture across MSHA sites and compliance with 30 CFR Parts 46, 47, 50, 56, 57
• Oversee daily to monthly production planning across multiple quarry sites
• Coordinate drilling, blasting, crushing, screening, stockpiling, and load-out activities
• Standardize operating procedures and best practices across locations
• Optimize plant throughput, uptime, and product quality; monitor inventory to meet demand
• Lead leadmen and production teams; develop talent and manage performance
• Control production costs (labor, fuel, consumables, contractors) and track KPIs (tons/hour, availability, safety)
