AlphaBEST Education, Northwest ISD district operations leader position seeks to oversee multiple before- and after-school programs.“ District Manager” will guide Site Directors and staff, drive strong staffing and enrollment, and ensure high-quality programs across sites while maintaining licensing compliance. You’ll build community partnerships and lead across districts to deliver AlphaBEST’s mission.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people development experience in multi-site settings.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to drive program quality and compliance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple AlphaBEST programs, ensuring strong staffing, program quality, enrollment, financial management, and compliance.
• Recruit, interview, and select qualified staff passionate about working with children.
• Coach Site Directors and staff through regular feedback, training, and development.
• Build cohesive teams with clear expectations and collaboration, addressing concerns professionally.
• Monitor program quality and ensure curriculum is implemented consistently across sites.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance student experience.
• Ensure licensing and safety compliance per state regulations and AlphaBEST standards.
• Oversee staffing, retention, and partner with recruiting/operations to address challenges.
• Monitor enrollment, payments, deposits, and expenses to support strong district performance.
• Review payroll and timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Develop community partnerships and strengthen relationships with school administrators and families.
