Job summary

AlphaBEST Education in Northwest ISD is seeking a District Manager to provide multi-site operational leadership for our before- and after-school programs. You will help bring AlphaBEST's mission to life by building strong teams, guiding Site Directors and Group Leaders, and ensuring a high-quality student and family experience.

• Experience leading multi-site programs
• Ability to recruit and develop staff
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Proven track record of building partnerships with schools and communities
• Comfort with scheduling and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple AlphaBEST programs with focus on staffing, enrollment, and financial management
• Recruit, interview, and select qualified staff who align with AlphaBEST mission
• Coach Site Directors and staff through regular communication and development
• Ensure licensing, safety, and program quality across all sites
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and payments to support district performance
• Develop local marketing, enrollment, and growth strategies with regional leadership
• Represent AlphaBEST at meetings and community events
