Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple Wisconsin/Minnesota studios, including Eden Prairie, Eagan, and more. The role requires relocation between sites and travel within the region, with a base salary of $70K+ and monthly incentives.

• Deliver treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing).
• Maintain consistent guest experience across studios.
• Support sales consultations and explain memberships/treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance in every treatment setting.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a talented, confidence-driven Registered Nurse to bring exceptional aesthetic care to guests across multiple studios in the Wisconsin/Minnesota region. Location: Minneapolis based (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations Eden Prairie, Eagan, Coon Rapids, Rochester, St. Cloud, Green Bay, Brookfield)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.

• Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.

• Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.

• Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.

• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)

• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training

• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you’re flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area

• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates

• Sharp organizational and documentation skills

• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology

• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
