Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional aesthetic care across multiple Syracuse-area studios, with travel to Cicero, Fayetteville, and other locations. The role offers a solid base salary plus monthly incentives and a travel-friendly, variation-rich schedule.

You will support multiple studios, rotate across locations, and enjoy paid training, with comprehensive benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Iowa) with multi-state licensure a plus.
• 1–3 years in aesthetics or formal aesthetics training.
• Willing to travel between studios within assigned area.
• Confident, professional presence with guests and teammates.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and treatment tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments ( Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, etc.).
• Ensure consistent Chapter experience across studios.
• Assist in sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliant treatment environments.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You'll Do

• Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.

• Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
