Job summary

Rogers-Corporation is seeking a Production Operator for multiple shifts to join an experienced manufacturing team. You will set up, operate and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure safe, efficient production and maintain product quality.

Responsibilities include visual inspections, data entry, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires following work instructions, lifting up to 50lbs when needed, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial related environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency Preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed.
• Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol.
• Accurately follow work instructions.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and troubleshoot production equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials.
• Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.
• Accurately record production data into the computer database.
• Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and escalate as needed
• Perform other duties as directed and assigned
• Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.
