Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or related field.
• Five or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-shift production and direct supervision.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, quality systems, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across three shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals.
• Act as primary on-site contact for the assigned location, including off-shift escalations.
• Maintain strong shop-floor presence and drive accountability.
• Manage production schedules, labor, overtime, and resource priorities.
• Coach and develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and operators.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
