Soliant is seeking a Full Time School Psychologist to support evaluations and MTSS/RTI across 2–3 schools near Farmington, MI. This contract role emphasizes collaboration with students, families and school teams to promote growth and well-being.

The position requires a Master's or Specialist in School Psychology, MI licensure eligibility, and experience with psychoeducational assessments, reports, and compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's or Specialist in School Psychology required.
• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations and report writing.
• Familiarity with assessment tools, special education law, and best practices in intervention.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, staff, and families.
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for special education services.
• Prepare and deliver detailed written reports and present findings in meetings.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to plan and implement individualized interventions or supports.
• Consult with staff on academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns impacting student learning.
• Support MTSS and RTI processes.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements.
