Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist to provide psychological evaluations, consultation, and IEP support across two Michigan communities, Adrian and Tecumseh, for the upcoming school year.

This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with educators and families to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, crisis intervention, and ethical, student-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Valid School Psychologist certification required.
• Experience performing psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results.
• Knowledge of intervention strategies and RTI methods.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create IEPs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations and consultation services for students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and behavior intervention plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to address student needs and support positive educational outcomes.
• Work across two communities in Adrian and Tecumseh for the school year.
