VPM Management, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician II to perform a range of on-site maintenance tasks at Heritage Park in Norco, CA. The role requires living on-site, working Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation to assist sister properties in Norco and Riverside.

The position focuses on timely completion of work orders, safety, and resident satisfaction, with collaboration with the Property Administrator to ensure quality service across two properties.

Qualifikationen

• Residential property maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety labels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, coworkers, and vendors.
• Ability to follow safety standards and company guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Complete resident work orders within 24 hours and document services.
• Walk and inspect vacant apartments, report findings to the Property Administrator.
• Prepare vacant units ensuring plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, and appliances work.
• Install fixtures such as blinds, ceiling fans, locks, and switches safely.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing and electrical components.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; keep workshops organized and safe.
• Assist with property upkeep and safety; support on-call rotation including evenings/weekends.
