Job summary

Hawkins in San Francisco, CA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician responsible for completing service requests within 24 hours and performing maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances at multiple properties. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years in apartment maintenance or related field
• EPA Universal and HVAC Certification required
• Pool Certification (CPO) not required but a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 24 hours
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
• Maintain inventory and order supplies with PM approval
• Comply with EPA and OSHA regulations for hazardous materials
• Interact with residents, vendors and staff professionally
• Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies
• Operate maintenance equipment safely
• Travel between properties between sites
