Job summary

VIVAMEE Hospitality is seeking an HR Generalist to join our corporate team, based on-site at Renault Winery & Resort in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The role emphasizes Training & Development and will drive the company-wide certification program while supporting recruiting.

You will partner with the Corporate Director of People + Culture, provide day-to-day HR support, and travel to properties as needed to implement policies and training across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Passion for Training, Learning & Development and employee development.
• Working knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• Strong organizational, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-property hospitality environment.
• Willingness to travel between VIVAMEE Resorts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across properties.
• Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and interview coordination.
• Maintain HR records, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with HR audits, reporting, and policy updates portfolio-wide.
• Develop and implement training programs and onboarding content.
