Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Putnam, CT is seeking a TIG Welding Technician to perform precision TIG welding and assembly with a focus on quality. You will inspect products, maintain equipment, and participate in lean process improvements.

Strong background in TIG/MIG welding and blueprint literacy is essential. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read technical documents while communicating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Execute impeccable welding operations with an emphasis on quality.

• Work efficiently with time constraints while maintaining machinery in optimal state.
• Leverage TIG welding skills to assemble metal products, ensuring tools are returned post-project.

• Lead discussions with colleagues on workflow efficiencies and propose improvements to the Lean process team leader.
• Navigate the E2 management system effectively to align with company guidelines.
