Cajun Industries, LLC is seeking a Combo Welder with training in arc and oxy-fuel welding to join our field and plant operations team. You will set up equipment and weld pipe, plate, or structural steel according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities include material prep, torch maintenance, simple piping installations, and assisting other trades as needed. Must understand safety hazards and obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• Trained in arc and oxy-fuel welding as required by materials.
• Ability to set up equipment and weld pipe, plate or structural steel.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
• Learn and follow safety hazards and proper tool operation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare materials to be welded and weld components
• Perform maintenance on welding torches and equipment
• Perform simple piping installations and repairs
• Assist other mechanics or craft workers as needed
