• Degree in journalism; newsroom experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead station content strategy.
• Manage social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, and more.
• Review copy for grammar and style according to AP guidelines.
• Shoot and edit content for on-air and digital.
• Write stories for the web and other digital platforms.
• Produce reports for all platforms.
• Pitch on-brand local and trending stories in morning meetings.
• Research background information for stories.
