Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Previous Hospitality Food & Beverage experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets, iPads and reservation systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations for multiple F&B outlets within the hotel.
• Assist onboarding and training of staff; manage shifts and schedules.
• Greet guests, handle reservations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor service levels, floor presence, and team morale.
