Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of all hotel dining venues and events. The role focuses on morning operations, overseeing multiple outlets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The position is non-exempt, requires hospitality and beverage experience, and involves staff onboarding, scheduling, and delivering consistent service excellence across outlets such as Dean Street Roastery, Lobby Bar, and Oxbow

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality and beverage/service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and reservations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and events.
• Ensure high service levels and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.
• Greet guests, manage reservations, and handle guest issues promptly.
• Train and onboard staff; maintain proper uniform standards and shift checklists.
• Monitor scheduling, staffing levels, and touch on floor during service periods.
• Coordinate with management to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
