Job summary
Capital Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a multi‑office role in PA and/or NJ. You will assist with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations, in medical office and clinic settings, with occasional inpatient/outpatient float.
You will educate patients on preventative care, conduct physicals, order tests and prescribe medications as required. Requires NP credentials, NJ license and BLS; this 1.0 FTE position offers a competitive pay range and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
- Master's degree in advanced clinical practice or post‑Master's certificate for NP.
- NJ License and AHA BLS required.
- Three years clinical nursing experience; two years NP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including diagnosis, treatment, and consultations.
- Perform physical examinations and order tests.
- Prescribe medications as required and manage treatment plans.
- Educate patients about preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
