Job summary

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is seeking a Multi-Modality Technician (Per Diem, PRN) to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures including Ultrasound, Mammography, CT, and MRI. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety while maintaining proficiency in general diagnostic radiology.

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health opened its doors this April as the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 25 years. It offers 136 beds, a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery, an ambulatory pavilion, parking garage, and a helipad. We are seeking a Multi‑Modality Technician (Per Diem, PRN) to perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities, including Ultrasound, Mammography, CT, MRI, and Special Procedures, while maintaining proficiency in general diagnostic radiology. The role is responsible for producing high‑quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and adhering to all radiation safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.

• Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with all regulatory bodies, e.g., The Joint Commission, American College of Radiology, and Title 22 standards and guidelines.

• Ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff, and interact well with the public.
• Knowledge of PC and applications.
