Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Specialty Clinic – Austin Region Areas is seeking a PRN multi-modality sonographer with expertise in Echo and vascular ultrasound. The role covers shifts across Lakeway, Marble Falls, Oak Hill, Buda, River Place, and South Austin Heart locations.

Registry must be current; associate degree or equivalent plus experience is required. The position is PRN with a minimum commitment of three shifts in a six-week period, with no weekend requirements, and opportunities to support a

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or graduate of an accredited Radiology or RCS program.
• 2 years of work experience + registration is acceptable.
• Must have registry: RCS through CCI or RDCS through ARDMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-modality ultrasound procedures with accuracy.
• Identify abnormalities and extend examination scope as needed.
• Assist physicians in procedures and ORs when required.
• Prepare patients and obtain clinical history for examinations.
• Maintain ultrasound lab equipment and quality checks.
• Provide guidance to staff and students on equipment and techniques.
