Qualifications

• Age of patients served: all age groups.
• Graduate of an accredited radiology discipline.
• 1-2 years of clinical radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI, CT, diagnostic, US, IR, mammography or nuclear medicine procedures.
• Provide on-call coverage for performed modalities.
• Uphold the standard of practice of a registered technologist.

Skills

Knowledge of radiographic procedures and practices

Communicates examinations/procedures to patients

Knowledge of computer software and ability to troubleshoot

Familiar with imaging equipment and all other patient care equipment

Maintain competency in a minimum of two modalities

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
